Chicken Pot Pie



Ingredients:
1 2/3 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 cup chopped, cooked chicken
1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup Original Bisquick mix
1/2 cup milk
1 egg

Steps:
1.  Heat oven to 375 degrees F
2.  Spray 9" pie plate (or square dish) with cooking spray (I just butter the bottom and sides)
3.  Mix vegetables, chicken, and soup together
4.  Pour into prepared pan
5.  In medium bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, & egg
6.  Pour over chicken & vegetable mixture
7.  Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
