Belgian Waffles

Total Time: 40 minutes
Yield: 12 (4 1/2 inch) waffles 🧇 

Ingredients:

- 2 cups all-purpose flour 
- 2 Tablespoons sugars
- 4 teaspoons baking powder's
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 🧂 

- 2 cups milk 🥛 
- 1/2 cup butter 🧈 , melted, cooled
- 3 eggs 🥚, separated

Instructions:

1. Heat waffle iron
2. In large bowl, mix, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well mixed.
3. And medium bowl, whisk, milk, butter, and egg yolks until blended.
4. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until mixed. 
5. In large clean bowl, beat egg whites with electric beater on high-speed until stiff peaks form.
6. Fold into batter.
7. Spoon and spread about 1/2 cup of batter into each square of bottom plate in the Krups waffle maker.
