Hot Turkey (or Chicken) Salad

Hot Turkey Salad


Ingredients:  (for 5-6 servings)
1 can artichoke hearts (9 oz. can)
1 cup real mayonnaise (not salad dressing/Miracle Whip)
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup freshly grade Parmesan cheese
2 cups cooked turkey (or chicken); cubed or cut into small pieces
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup diced onions
crushed cereal for topping (cornflakes)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

In small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, cheese, and salt; mix ell
Into large mixing bowl; mix the turkey, celery,water chestnuts, red pepper, almond, and onion.
Add artichokes
Add mayonnaise mixture and toss well.

Put mixture in buttered casserole dish.  Finish with a sprinkling of crushed cereal

Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until hot through
