Ingredients: (serves 6)
3 Tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 pounds flank steak, cut into 6 pieces
2 large limes
1/2 cup cashews
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
Cooking Instructions:
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, saute' garlic involve oil. After a minute or so, add the flak steaks and brown well on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.
- Squeeze the juice one lime on top of steaks. Slice the other lime into 6 wedges and set aside.
- Continue to cook steaks until they reach desired doneness.
- Place steaks on platter with lime wedges next to each steak, sprinkle with cashews and chopped cilantro and serve.
