Cornflake Treats
4-6 cups cornflakes depending on the brand
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
COOK OVER MEDIUM TO MEDIUM HIGH HEAT, stirring regularly, until mixture begins to boil and sugar is dissolved.
Remove from the heat and work quickly as mixture will thicken once off of the heat.
Immediately drop by spoonfuls into clusters on the prepared baking sheets and set aside to cool.

Butter a couple of baking sheets, or cover with parchment paper; set aside.

1 cup of light corn syrup

ADD:
1 heaping cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
ADD:
cornflakes 1 cup at a time - use 4-6 cups total
Immediately drop by spoonfuls into clusters on the prepared baking sheets and set aside to cool.
